But unlike David, most of the time our enemies are not people but anything that is an obstacle to our faith. But like David, we are not strong enough to handle them on our own. We have to learn to settle ourselves in God, to truly run to Him and rest in Him. The fullness of life comes when we learn to humbly hide in God.
