God's Great Pardon (Psalm 103:8-12, Romans 6:23, Isaiah 53:4-6, Proverbs 3:11-12)

Joel Greutman, January 22, 2017
Part of the None series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

We all deserve punishment because we have all sinned. We have all hurt someone, we have all acted selfishly. But God has made a way for us to be pardoned from the punishment of our sins through the sacrifice of His son, Jesus. So if our punishment is stayed when we are found in God, why do we still go through hardship in our lives? In this sermon, Pastor Joel Greutman looks at the difference between punishment and discipline and how the Lord uses hardship to bring us closer to Him.
