Moses: Enduring the Preparation of God (Exodus 2:16-3:6, Hebrews 11:6, Hebrews 11:1, Hebrews 13:5, 2 Corinthians 12:9)

Dick Beaumont, October 25, 2015
Part of the None series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

We all have a call of God on our lives and can be used mightily by God. But even when the call is crystal-clear, if we move in our own strength we can put ourselves in a place where we are out of God's purpose for that call. After taking things into his own hands, Moses spent 40 years in Midian tending his father's flock before the Lord called him again. Often times, God uses "wilderness" experiences to humble us and bring us to a place where we are fully reliant on Him. In this sermon, Pastor Dick Beaumont helps to explain how we hold fast to our faith during times of preparation in our own lives, even in the "wilderness".
